Joner Law is a firm brought together by family, friendship, and a common vision of what the practice of law should be. This vision includes the belief that a lawyer's role as "trusted advisor" should be more than just a cliché; that downtown high-rises don't have a monopoly on delivering premier quality legal service; and that operating with the utmost integrity means telling my clients when I think they are wrong, regardless of the financial consequences to me.
My vision is shaped by my life experiences. My family is proud to have lived and worked small businesses in Clark County for six generations. Having personally lived and worked in both Battle Ground and Ridgefield during the past two decades of practicing law, I treasure the idea of "community" and have focused my life on making a professional and personal impact in the towns in which we live. My experiences are varied, including: (i) getting my undergraduate degree from WSU and my law degree from UW (I'm either a Coug or a Husky, depending on who's asking!) previous service as an officer in the United States Air Force (now called the U.S. Space Force!) and working for various small businesses in SW Washington (including working with my dad for a short time in his 50+ year carpet cleaning business in Battle Ground!). But, in my practice of law, I continue to have one vision: turning complex legal issues into simple solutions.
There is no reason for you to be intimidated by the law. You don't have to be held captive by the inefficiency and inaccessibility traditionally associated with large law firms. His family has been an integral part of the local business community in Clark County, Washington since the 1940s and in Sanders County, Montana since the 1980s. This heritage has shaped Loren's perspective on the trials and tribulations of business ownership and has developed a keen awareness of the importance of long-term planning. It also inspires him and his wife to pass this heritage on to the next generation by providing their kids with the tools necessary to allow them the greatest opportunity to become future leaders in their communities.

I also handle all of the paperwork and filings with the court system to relieve you of as much stress as possible. Joner Law works with local landowners and businesses to address a wide variety of transactional real estate issues. Among other things, I draft and review purchase and sale agreements, real estate contracts, deeds, promissory notes and deeds of trust. I can also assist, among other things, in the creation of easements, boundary line adjustments and property leases (both residential and commercial). My goal is to provide you practical, cost-effective advice related to your transactional real estate issues. NOTE: I don't have much knowledge on landlord/tenant issues, so Joner Law isn't the right firm to help with those types of matter. Sorry about that . . . For most other transactional real estate issues, give me a call, and together I'll figure out if Joner Law is a good fit for your situation.

To help me understand your situation so that I can better predict what a flat fee for you might be, I offer a free consultation to discuss the facts of your particular matter. Again, I don't like surprises, so making sure I'm on the same page from the outset of our attorney-client relationship is very important to me.
